I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as quickly as possible. Please allow 24-36 hours for processing, average shipping time is 4-8 days within the US. If you have any questions, please email us.
I'm not satisfied with my order, can I return it? What if there's a problem?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee only if you receive the product defective or damaged. You have 14 days to return the product to us and receive a full refund. You must return the product at your own expense. Once we receive the product, we will refund you the full amount of your original purchase. Please include all names and order numbers on returned packages. Please note: We have a processing time of 3-4 business days for returns, after processing the return we will refund the purchase price.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order without incurring any costs! If the order is already on its way, this is no longer possible.
I entered an incorrect address, what should I do now?
If you have entered an incorrect address, please wait for the order confirmation email. Once you have verified that the address provided is incorrect, please notify us by email. If the address provided is incorrect, we can change it within 24 hours. After the 24 hours have passed, no refund will be given.
